EA App lagging

Hey y'all. I've been struggling with extreme lags in the EA Desktop App for Windows. I've had them ever since I first installed it, but it feels like it keeps getting worse.

I've already tried reinstalling the app as well as the suggestions that have been made over at this post (https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Low-FPS-in-EA-Desktop-App/td-p/10300779).

However, my Nvidia Control Panel doesn't list the "Monitor Technology" and "Preferred Refresh Rate" settings. I don't know if it's relevant, but my Monitor does not have GSync.

Specs:

i7-12700K

RTX 3070

16GB RAM

Windows 10

The OS as well as the EA app are installed on an SSD.
