1) They, from what I can tell, have hidden the keys on Steam because of an exploit of EAPlay that allowed for people to scam the system for free permanent games. So you will probably not get keys listed in Steam again, or at least until some other system is put into effect to prevent the scam.
2) The way the system is SUPPOSED to work, is you link your EA account on Origin to Steam. No, I don't know exactly how to do this, other than the last time I purchased an EA game on Steam, it asked for my Origin account name and password thereby linking them and unlocking the game on Origin to play.
3) If the system isn't working correctly, then I would suggest searching on Steam how to link your account manually, or contact Official EA help on Eahelp.com and chat with an advisor. DO NOT use the forum option, as that brings you back here, and here is a player to player help forum with a few Community Moderators that don't have authorization to do anything with your account.
