According to your screenshot, it looks like you got the game. Try to log out on both platform and log back in to see if it appears in the library. Additionally you can clear EA App cache.
If the game still doesn't show, it means we have to wait closer to launch to see it but don't worry, you won't have to purchase the game again. 😉

I found other guy with problem like me, but then he went on 'Browse' on the left hand side and EA FC 24 was there saying the 'pre-ordered through steam', i dont have something like that
Hi, preload is already here, my friend have EAFC on steam and he can download his game, when I enter EA APP and click on EAFC, i have "buy and download now to play 29 wrz 2023 bla bla"

nope i didnt find any solution, i contacted support and they told me that i need to wait because they are working on fix
Still not working, Can't access the web app as a result and I need to own the game, which according the EA I do not. Hope this is fixed before Friday at the least.
I have access web app but there is no any FIFA Points in it. Because of the ultimate edition it has to be 4600 points OMG. It's crazy tha nobody helping us.
i puchased the game on steam, went to lunch the game, but then it put me to the ea app, and the fc24 game wasent there, and it said that i have to buy again in the ea app, what am i supposed to do, and i have tryed to clear cache.
