@Vulpix298, I have split off your posts from the other thread, since this issue doesn't seem to be related, as you can see your games.
Is it possible that you had an EA Play membership in the past? It is related as it happened directly from the first issue where I originally couldn't see my games in my collection, and then when EA claimed to have "fixed" that issue all my games came back like this. This is some sort of server to account to app connection issue with verifying my games? See my post above for the picture. I can't even see the properties of these games in the app.
I had a membership in the past on Origin. but that's been cancelled for a long time now. I fully own these games.- EA_Leeuw3 years ago

@Vulpix298, have you already reached out to the live support team to get your account investigated? I couldn't figure out how because the pathway shows "help with a game" which only lets me select individual games when this is ALL my games, and the "manage your account" pathway doesn't have a suitable option either. Will I have to create a case for every single individual game I own, and therefore have to deal with multiple different customer service reps for this one issue?

Thank you! Managed to speak to live chat. This is apparently a known issue and they are working on a fix. No solutions right now.
Almost a full 24 hours later, as of 12:13pm 15 Jan 2023, this is still not fixed. All my games are still inaccessible.
I've tried on multiple devices and even a friend logged in to see if their old sims game was active. Alas there is no solutoin. A select few are playing games RN, otherwise, the rest of us sit and wait for literally any assistance. They even marked the problem as solved without actually solving it so it was acknowledged and further neglected.
2pm 16 Jan 2023, this problem is still not fixed
10am 17 Jan 2023. Still not fixed.
12:29pm 20 Jan 2023. Still not fixed.
Haven't been able to check for a while but tonight a mandatory EA App update was downloaded and all my games are back! I've checked a couple and they launch fine <3
