Mirror's Edge Catalyst Steam Achievements not working.

Hi there. I understand that EA has removed the online services for Mirror's Edge and the functionality has gone down. However intended Single player Achievements that should be unlockable offline have ceased to function correctly. I'm wondering of EA will fix this in a patch in the future. I understand Achievements aren't exactly a high priority but it is advertised functionality that has stopped working. Other players on the Steam forums have encountered said issues as well.
