"Game is Already running" Bug

Summarize your bug Games won't launch and I get the message "Game already running, this goes for any game I try whether it's bought directly through EA or Xbox game pass
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try launching a game
What happens when the bug occurs? Game doesn't launch.
What do you expect to see? The game launched
Says "game is already running" when clearly it isn't and I have tried this for 3 games, ones I bought through EA and Xbox game pass. I have tried every solution possible, Checking if it's running in task manager, Restarting, cleaning cache, Reinstalling both the game and launcher, giving permissions, and removing all antivirus including to stop windows virus protection, updating drivers and Windows. Everything was fine until they added F1 to EA play. I'm not sure if the EA app is bugging out and we need an update or if it's my computer.
Please help me.
