I can't download games that aren't in my library

Hello,

I have ea play pro but every game i try to download that isn't in my library i get a error message saying: "There's is a problem with your download. Something went wrong during your download. Give us a few minutes, then try again." when i click through the error message and i click on download again, it's in my download page with "installing". and after a minute of this screen it says "You don't have access. We've canceled the download because you don't own this game. To play, go to the Game Hub to get the game. When i go to the site: myaccount.ea.com/am/ui/subscription-membership i also get a error message.

Please someone help me because i want to play the new f1 game, but i can't now.
