I cant login into the EA Play app on PC

Summarize your bug I cant login into the ea play app on pc. Ive tcontacted multiple ea employees and i´ve tried the following options: Reinstall the app, chanmge my DNS, Do a safe boot, Change my password, access through my ea ID, Update my drivers, create a new user on my computer, change my internet, acces thorugh another computer to see if it works. None of this solutions have worked and the weird thing is that i can perfectly acces my account on ea´s webpage and im not banned or anything like that. I dont know what else to do
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Intsall the ea play app and try to acces into my own personal account
What happens when the bug occurs? the ea app desapears and the a message shows that sways the following "The login did not go as planned we were unable to login because there was a network problem please try again in a few minutes"
What do you expect to see? a solution that makes me able to get my account back and login without any probelms
