most ea play games say not currently playable

i got an email which had a link that would let me go on live chat with ea help and i was told that there is nothing they can do i just have to wait for them to fix the issue. There also is no eta on when it will be fixed.

I have this issue too, I have purchased xbox game pass so that I could play Sims 4 as well as the Game Pass games, but every EA Play game shows as 'Not Currently Playable'. I've wasted hours reinstalling the EA app, clearing the cache and resetting my computer. Nothing seems to work. A quick google shows that this issue has been around for a long time. Does anyone know how to solve this?!?

I also have this same issue, I have gone through so many of these types of "answers HQ" and none of the accepted solutions actually work. Recently I got a Pc and got the Xbox game pass for PC, I have gotten many other games with it like high on life and dead by daylight but when it comes to downloading a game on the Xbox app with ea play nothing works. All Ea play says is that the game is "not currently available", (it does this for nearly every game except for the games that have 10-hour trials e.g FIFA, madden, and f1 games). I am just wanting to play two player games with my friend like "a way out" and "it takes two". Does anyone have any ideas at all????

@terqafc what age do you does the account have to be for this issue to reslove?

I assume it would be the age they think is appropriate for the game you would want, like when I put my actual age it said I was only allowed to play some of the need for speed games. So when I made my new account i made sure that the age would be over 18.

@terqafc thats a bit weird since i am trying to play a pg game but it doesn't let me, thanks for the tip though i will try it! edit: (just looked through all games and i can only purchase/download G rated games so i can confirm it is an age thing. Is there a way i can change my age not through ea help though?)

You can contact ea to change your age but they will ask for a passport or license but I’m not sure about the license
