FIFA 23 origin terminated

Dear all, I really don't know what to do and to get things sorted.

I opened a case about FIFA shutting down twice. No success. I sent an email yesterday, which opened a new case. Text here:
Hello there. I tried to open the issue twice already. It was closed twice without delivering any solution. So I'd like to start with question #1 How exactly should I communicate with EA support to prevent my case from being closed before getting sorted? #2, main topic I bought FIFA23, installed via steam. I do have the latest PC version of EA app. All Origin has been completely wiped out of my system. Any attempt to play FIFA ending with the error message FIFA 23 is shutting down. This is because Origin client is being terminated. How can something be terminated, when it does not exist? #3 what can we do together? so I can play FIFA23 for more than 1 match plus a few minutes of the 2nd? We’ve gotten your case about missing content in FIFA, and we’re here to help.  

Our number one tip for missing content is to try restarting your console or PC. Try shutting it down, then turning it back on. This is because sometimes a transaction or reward needs an extra push to sync with your account, and restarting your console or PC helps the content come through to you. It may take up to 24 hours for your content to show on your account.
