Hi @yanyanniiee Thanks for checking that, do you have any running Anti-virus or additional security? If not can you try putting your device in a Clean Boot?
- @EA_Illium I do have Windows Security. Do I still do a clean boot?

@yanyanniiee Can you make sure its not interfering in any way, if not try putting your device in a clean boot? - @EA_Illium you mean launching the game while the anti-virus is off?

@yanyanniiee You can try to either temporarily disable it, or add Origin and ITT to a whitelist for the antivirus to not block/control. If you continue running into issues, put your device in a clean boot (where only windows services run) to see if it happens there as well. - @EA_Illium I tried doing both, nothing worked. What else can I do? I don't want my money to go to waste.

Hi @yanyanniiee Thanks for trying those steps, let me know if the following helps us get past this issue:
- Default Origin and ITT to run as admin in Compatibility settings
- Turn off UAC Controls
- Clear Origin Cache
- Run a Repair on ITT
- @EA_Illium hi! I couldn't default ITT to run as admin because when I click properties there is no Compatibility tab. However, I followed all the other instructions yet it still doesn't work.
