bro same thing happned to me and im trying to reach them since yesterday but no answers yet its * that we have to wait two weeks to get our money back what is that 1970s now

this is very frustrating dude i cant enjoy this 50% discount because of a mistake I didn't make unless i purchase a game from another account and wait until get my money back * I hope that what the advisor told me yesterday, that the process may take 24 hours, is true*

bro i have a question about something i bought the game twice by a mistake thanks to ea and i request to refund them both and now the game is on my libray if i dowloand and play it does that mean one of the refund is gonna get canceled or both of them will canceled 

Both as you requestd. You can download and play it as long as they dosen't came up with your money

bro i have a same problem. I bought Bf1 in yesterday but I didn't see in my library. So I want a request refund. But 4 hours later i saw this game. I want cancel the refund. How I cancel the refund? @ahlay-sc

There's no way bro you should wait until you get your money and purchase it again
i contact support this morning and i got confirmation and the game doesn't exist in my library any more so i can purchase it again before 28.NOV 
but ain't got my money yet. 

@walqerysyeh you can download and play it now but once you got your confirmation the game (2 editions in your case) will not be able to play again until purchase it again. But whether you play or not the refund request cannot be cancelled even if you download the game and play it for 20 hours
