i contact support this morning and i got confirmation and the game doesn't exist in my library any more so i can purchase it again before 28.NOV

@diastol20you will not be able to cancel it btw . so all you gonna do to wait until you got your money back it will take 2-3 days since you requested the refund (that's what happened in my case exactly)
