thank you for your continuous reports. It seems like the fix with the update didn't work, and I've passed that back on to the team for further investigation.

I completely understand that it's a frustrating issue, but please watch your language. Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this asap. We will keep you updated.

'It seems like the fix with the update didn't work' - I'm so sure that this update didn't contain anything regarding this problem... Otherwise it would have been at least mentioned in the Title Update details.. 

We are literally being threatened by @EA_Vendcera .

Whom, in the entire thread, did not keep a civilized and professional language? The only one uncivilized here is being you, a representant of a behemoth company. You should be ashamed of the response you have provided. I will make sure to report you to every single entitled department. What do you mean by "please watch your language"? Or else, what is going to happen? No one insulted you personally. This response only strengthens the believes we, as a community, have.

@EA_Vendcera Look, "you" were the ones that told us that the problem would be fixed by Title Update #2. It wasn't fixed and "you" failed in fullfiling the expectations "you" created on the this community. Meanwhile, everyone with this issue is being impaired and handicaped in regards to UT and/or other online modes that require early engagment to be competitive - at the least. Not to mention that, for me, it's something absolutely unheard of, having a game and being prevented to play it. "You" should regard this as a top priority issue and be less concerned about giving warnings regarding the language used, specially when everyone is being more civilized than what would be understanble given the situation. You should also be concerned about the image EA is giving to its costumer base.

if there were not only ~100 players affected by this error, I'm sure they were prioritizing it higher, but.. they are only 100 having this error.. who cares.. 

Completely unacceptable. People have been having this issue for WEEKS. How on earth haven’t you fixed it. Don’t put it in the next patch, don’t just say you’re aware of it. Make this problem your number one priority. Hundreds of people have paid for your game and have been unable to play. We expect compensation.

If the problem will continue, we gonna lose all the starting evolutions, rivals and squad rewards, SBC and opportunity to achieve club member status .

Who will compensate for that?

0 transparency to your community when this problem will be resolved, 0 personal support to give us other license, you didn't even report the case on Trello.

I really took in consideration to take legally action in my country against EA for that, because to pay for a product that doesn't work is a fraud, and can be legally attack.

It's a shame as a company to own one of the most loved video games of all time, and yet to have such a low quality suport for bugs and players experience with your game lately.

Anyway I think it is the last year for me on "EAFC" . Next year I will give it a try to eFootball.

Still no fix and will be like this for some time..

• First of all, regarding your statement "it seems like the fix with the update didn't work", please tell us what exactly was supposed to work from what was mentioned on Trello in the addressed issues with this update? This statement would be somewhat acceptable if the issue was mentioned/addressed in the patch notes, but this is not the case. Therefore, you publicly lied to everyone that the "issue was already addressed in title update 2" when obviously was not the case as proven by your trello board. To start with this statement in such a delicate topic from a legal standpoint it just proves that you have no idea what you are doing. *Note: This is not a personal offense, I am just putting together 2 and 2 and this is the result.
• Secondly, especially after reading your response on this matter, I can say with all my confidence that you do not understand neither how frustrating this issue is or its severity.
• *"Please watch your language" Really not much to add here than I already mentioned in the above points, just proves lack of understanding of the situation, both for the players and for EA's public appearance. 
• Last thing I want to address from your comment "hopefully we can get to the bottom of this asap". As I already mentioned in my previous comments this is the type of thing that can be resolved in a matter of hours, especially by a company with your capabilities. The fact that this is still ongoing, shows once again how much EA cares about its playerbase. 

@EA_Vendcera I tagged you once again for the final words. Trust me, I know exactly what the issue is and why all these people are getting the error message and you know it too. I know you cannot publicly state it, but EA messed up, and again to make sure you guys understand, I know exactly how. You also know exactly how to solve this asap (asap is a very strong word considering that it's already been so long for many of us). Get this message to your colleagues/superiors and end this charade today ASAP.

I m thinking that since Monday, this is really enough waiting time for this type of a critical bug, but also thinking about other guys that are waiting for WEEKS

I dont want to defend EA by any means here as this is unacceptable, not being able to play for 2 weeks now,but here is my take on this matter :

I am pretty sure the issue is just for those of us who have the geme digitally as I tested on my ps5 with a disc version of the game and it works without any issues.

Codes were pretty much at fault here especially since Sony added regions and if the code is in a different region then it makes sense to not have “ necessary permissions “ .

For example, we are given a code for Europe, but UK needs an en-GB one and me for example, I need one for eastern europe as I am from romania ( this is so stupid, I know, but it is what it is ).

My point here being that we either need new codes or for Sony to remove the region based codes.

if we were to be given new codes, we need Sony to provide that for EA,therefore the ball is in Sony’s court,not EA. 

it is also a fact that EA cannot blame Sony or Microsoft for their incompetence as it will be a felony, so they had to come up with excuses like “ this title update will adress the issue “ when in fact they knew it will do nothing , as we all saw. They basically lied to us because they had no other choice to save face, and now they are in deep *.

Tried again just now. I've restored the license on my PS5 again and now the game is booting into a Trial mode. When trying to upgrade I get the following error: "The store is not available at the moment. Please try again later."

Technically yes, but if there is a mix-up between sony and ea, or sony made the regions after they generated the codes, or also if you can claim a RO code, with a RO account but that code is tagged as europe and not as eastern europe, if you might still be able to claim it because Romania is an european country.

this is just an example. Anyway.. the issue is somewhere between sony and EA.. it’s definetly something with the codes and not the accounts themselves as I said previously, I was able to play the game with a disc version.

I tried restoring license for the 10th time i think, and now it worked!

edit: just trial version, cant upgrade because “ the store Is unavailable “

Yep, I ve tried right now and I’m in the same situation, it worked but just as a trial version where you cannot do anything, not even upgrade the version. Maybe they re still working on the issue

now i tried on PS4, nothing changed, still the same problem. 

I confirm that from my end on PS5 I restored the license and now I'm in a trial version. Trying to press on upgrade returns the following error: "The store is not available at the moment. Please try again later."

yup same for me. Restore licenses, and you get get into the game but cant do anything other than pressing "upgrade"...

Hope this is getting fixed very soon now that you are getting closer hopefully to solve the problem... Its first weekend league and we still can't play!!

Boys like I told above the issue is that the trial version got confused with the version that you got from the redeemed code 

and the error recieved was bcs if you have standard version you cant play on trial version.

I solved this buy deleteing the trial version

Then I logged in on a friend’s account that own’s eafc25 

I set that profile with offline sharing

Then you log in on that downloaded game

And then you can take out the offline sharing and it will still work because you already own a license for the game from the redeemed code.

It should work for anyone that had the trial version and then redeemed the game with a code. 

Well the thing is that I didn't have the trial version before and many people in this thread didn't either. 

I only redeemed the code for a FC25 standard and I've been getting the error ever since.

Only today I have access to this trial edition after restoring the license, so yeah...

I’m reinstalling the game maybe something happens… let’s see.. I had the trial version before but what does it means more exactly? If I want to play I have to borrow someone’s account in order to download the standard edition or what? 😆

it doesn’t makes sense and they still have to fix that

if I did the problem would have been solved

maybe the fix works for people who did not have the trial version and only somehow the codes were bugged 

either way the license for the game cant be bugged 

so if you have someone to borrow it you can try to download that one and use your license 

btw if you just install or reinstall the game without borrowing it wont work 

I tried it and I saw a lot of people trying that
