@EA_Lanna guys, but it is you (EA) who distributed the keys! Furthermore, the EA App states "Ultimate Edition" and your advertisement states "Ultimate Edition grants early access to the game", we received advertised 4600 FC points but not early access, that means guys that you are false advertising (misleading content) and not following your obligations to the user.
@EA_Lanna Again with the Retailer blaming? and you gonna close out this ticket as completed now?
YOUR EA App is not working, not the retailer product keys, we redeemed Ultimate editions of the game and YOUR app isn't allowing us to play. Are you kidding me?

We did. Now you say it's retailer's fault again.
Are you gonna fix your damn App? Or you gonna continue blaming the retailers?
24 hours have already passed since we should have been able to play your game. Your mistakes are costing us the money that we paid for the early access.
I bought it from Amazon and it is on your list, then what? Still no early access. I will just return it to Amazon for a refund as this is a joke.

Guess we will have to wait for a week. We got scamd. I dont allow it. I talked with my lawyer and we will make steps to get money and our rights.
a fix which works for some: set your system (pc/mac) time an hour forward and reset the ea app. hopefully this works for you guys.
I have gone ahead and claimed my refund, no point waiting for EA's engineering team to care fixing it. I don't blame them tho, they probably are understaffed as EA's management will be prioritising how they can sell more packs and add more resources to that department.
Good thing there is Amazon who just handles issues within seconds, and you don't need to try your chances with a chat on EA site that doesn't even show at times, and when it does, it may have a broken select field, or you are asked to wait 33 minutes just to be toid to wait a few hours for the game to activate, which doesn't (!)after all.
The whole point of Early Access is it being "Early" otherwise it had no value and somehow EA messed up getting the "Early"part right. Thanks.
Now i cant see my games on EA app. Nice job EA. Its getting more and more cringer.
After returning the key, I decided to go through the app and it worked instantly when purchased through the EA App.

I got mine in eneba too and they didnt answer my ticket in 18 hours. One of my friends had some problems yesterday buying fifa points in eneba too and they responded in 20 min...

We apologise for the inconvenience and we hope that the issue can be resolved soon.Check Ur spam or junk if u go to your order on cdkeys and redeem the new code u should be able to play it make sure u open packs on the web app before u reedem Ur new code since u WILL GET another batch of fifa points for free.

He means copy and paste the new code BUT MAKE SURE YOU USE YOUR FIFA POINTS ON THE WEB APP! FROM UR OLD PRODUCT KEY. THEN LAUNCH IT ON UR EA APP AND U WILL HAVE ANOTHER 4,600
EA live chat working on weekend? I cant reach them.
Still, bought my copy through Steam last 19th of July, and the early access was already delayed for PC around 6-8 hours, but for most of the PC-users we are unable to access online features of FC 24 since the 22nd which was the first day of early access for those "naive" of us enough to pay 80-90 €.
But what amaze the most is the lack of answers, updates or even care from anyone from EA on a forum called: ANSWERS.EA.....and also the dilligence and quickness to marked the 500-600 different posts threads as solved from EA on this forum......when there isn't a solution or even a possible solution in the short term.
Right now the only solution that seems most likely is that we'll have to wait next 29th of September and pray for a miracoulsy solution to be applied out of the blue.....not by someone from EA as they are not showing up or telling anything about it!!!
