GAME CRASHING IN CONTRACT RENEWAL

I have FC24 on PC. In career mode end of the season, I cannot renew the contract when I select end season. It doesn't even allow to select another club! When I renew before ending the season, the game crashes!!! 

Any clue why is that?!
