And for Windows 11 what to install please
I was playing EA sports FIFA 23 at ultra settings without any problems. Why can't I play even though the system requirements are the same?

It may still run for you but if you do not meet the minimum specs to run the game then we are not able to assist you with any issues related to performance @xholywine.

Well, i Have
OS: Windows 11 64-Bit
Processot: Intel Core i9-13900KF
Memory 64GB DDR5
Graphic Card: Radeon RX5700 XT
All direct X Required Installed
500mbps download / 300mbps upload Internet
2TB of free space
As you can see, I have a setup well above the recommended requirements and i still have the same issues.
Every "cutscene" of the game lags at the beggining, if I wait a bit it comes back to normal OR the game crashes.
It's not his setup issue, it's certainly a problem in-game as i've seen lots of similar complaints from players on console.
