I also have a controller issue, my buttons are flipped (A is B, B is A, Y is X and X is Y, RT is RB, LT is LB and vice versa, also in game my joysticks are flipped: up is down and down is up. In the menus the controller just flicks all over the place, mostly down and to the left
this keeps happening to me and multiple restarts to the game fix it, but it occasionally dies in game again, it's terrible.

So for me I didnt use an original ps4 controller, so i tried the original one and it worked. So I just bought a new xbox series x controller since im not used to the original ps controller anymore. Try to use an original controller id say
