FIFA 24 - No Voice Chat Option In Settings

I have just purchased FC24 on the PS5, and since downloading it I do not have the voice chat option in audio settings - I have spoken to 3 advisors who all advised different - one advised to uninstall and reinstall the game which I am doing now but I am concerned this still won’t fix? Can anyone help please?
