Re: Pepsi promo not giving me correct number of packs

I have redeemed all 10 PEPSI MAX Promo codes, but yet not recieved any of the content, i have contacted EA Live Chat for assistance and they reffered me to the Pepsi FAQ board which says to contact EA help... Where the live chat is located, can someone help because i just feel scammed
