When I start FC 24 and go to Ultimate Team, it just keeps loading and nothing happens. Then I tried to exit the game and enter again to see if Volta Football would work, and after 2-3 minutes it crashes. I don’t know what to do. Please help me.

Community ManagerSometimes reinstalling the game does not delete the settings file, which might be causing the issue.
Can you please try deleting the personal settings file: https://help.ea.com/en/articles/ea-sports-fc/corrupt-files/.
In case the issue persists after that, please try renaming the settings folder: C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 24 and rename the "settings" folder.
