@EA_Barry Each post I have seen since FC24 you give the same fix and it does not work. I have done everything that has to be done. The issue is with EA cheat. This is what EA should be fixing. I run

OS - Windows 11 - 64-Bit (Latest Update).
Processor(Intel) - Intel Core i9 14900k
Memory - 64GB
Graphics Card(Nvidia) - GTX 4080 Super
Direct X - 12
Hard Drive Space - Over 1TB

We can't be having this every year. This issue has started since EA cheat has been introduced. From previous FIFA we never got this issue like this. So frustrating. Even by making a report nobody gets back to you.

I have problem from beginning in FC 25. When I go online my game is working 1 to 2 min and than crushing every time. 

Offline is working normally. 

I pre ordered the game to have earlier access but I can't play my Ultimate Team.

Do you know by any chance something about my issue?

this happens every year barry get your guys to fix ea cheat because I'm not gonna keep spending 90 dollars on these games every year if I keep crashing during a rivals game I'm winning

I've not actually been able to play a single match, it constantly crashes in the menus.  My machine is well above minimum specs, I've tried the solutions youve writtne below but it's still teh same issue - crash crash crash crash. 

Please can you advise on when EA are going to launch a patch to fix this bug.  It's clearly not just me.  Please just fix it. 

I've bought a product from EA that is not fit for purpose, either fix it or give me my money back.

Still doesn’t work. Fix your game. Waste of money. Taking people’s money and there’s no fixes. Law suit!

I’m experiencing the exact same issue. I can usually play 2-3 matches—if I’m lucky—before I get a black screen, and then my PC restarts.

System Specs:

• Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 7700X 8-Core, 4.50 GHz
• RAM: 16.0 GB
• GPU: Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti

I don’t encounter any problems with other games. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

• Adjusted settings multiple times in the Nvidia Control Panel
• Updated BIOS
• Reinstalled GPU drivers both manually and using the express option
• Repaired game files multiple times via the EA launcher
• Forced compatibility mode

Despite all this, nothing has worked. EA support only advises reinstalling or repairing game files, which hasn’t helped.

It’s surprising there’s no clear solution, especially with so many people reporting this issue.

Yes. But u need to accept to have * res.. 

None of these "fixes work" You write the same statement under every post however the issue is never fixed clearly if every other game is working its not the drivers but your the pro right?? 

Surely it aint the motherboard as everything else is running but again your the pro right? 

Clean boot done.... Meet the requirements? Brother are you sniffing glue in that office? 

We need a patch or a refund cause this at the moment is garbage and does not function.....

Followed all of these troubleshooting steps and the game still crashes on loading screen. 

It's been 3 weeks now. This is not acceptable. You broke the game on PC for with patch 2 for many people. 

Either fix it or refund people their money.

IT was working that I would go to the web app, delete the formation and create a new one, and it will let me play for hours like normal, no crashes, as of lately that is not working no more

Unfortunately it did not work me. Issue for me is even FIFA 25 launch popup is NOT showing up where we see "Play" , "Settings" popup.

I have a new Lenvo Yoga Slim 7i Aura edition with following configuration 3 weeks back

1. 32 GB RAM with Intel Arc Graphics

2. Intel Core Ultra 7, 258V

Tried the following

1. Stop all the services

2. Performed a clean boot up

3. Windows is up to date so as drivers

4. Run as Admin from the path where exe is present with both FC25 and FC25_Trial.exe. Nothing works 

Note: FIFA 22 (the last version I played with) is launching and working in the same machine whereas FIFA 25 is not even showing the initial popup and goes to windows blue crash screen with the error code : SECURE_PCI_CONFIG_SPACE_ACCESS_VIOLATION

Now this leaves no choice to return the game and ask for refund.
