Re: Xbox turns off during game only on EAFC24!!!

Have you found a solution to this? I still haven't and I've done everything troubleshooting solution Microsoft told me to do.

Same problem here! Can´t finish any game on xbox. It's crashing all the time. Already reinstalled the game, but that didn't work.

Yes. I'm sure about that. I also installed the game on PC and had no problems. So I think it's no problem with the internet. I also think it's no problem with the xbox, because other games are running fine!

Get the crash in every mode.  I even got a crash while in the menus between games.  Sometimes soon after booting up, sometimes an hour later.  

I've tried deleting everything and reinstalling and resetting the Xbox.  This is the only game crashing on me.  Madden 24 and NBA 2K24 are both fine.

So I'm not the only one cause this is actually getting annoying

O meu também faz isso na versão xbox series s/x, nunca termina una partida, desde o fifa 23. Só consigo jogar na versão xbox one. Resolveu o problema?

Doesn't change anything the game crashes no matter what 

it happens randomly but always consistantly no matter where you are , in a game or in menus . please fix this ...... it happens on xbox series x version of the game

I have tried ensuring no external devices are plugged in and that the console is plugged into a different outlet - still crashing 

platform - Xbox series x

date/time - since release everytime I play an online game 

edition- digital - standard edition - series x version 

game mode - any online game / FUT 

No message received before the crashing 

this is the only game this happens on. I ensure that my console doesn’t overheat.

something to note. I spent quite a bit of time on the phone to Microsoft this evening, explained the issue, went through a lot of troubleshooting. Asked me a ton of questions. 

conclusion, he ruled out the console overheating. He also ruled out it being an Xbox/Microsoft issue. He explained that if the Xbox was shutting down across mutiple games, this would show something is wrong within the game. He said that as this is only happening with one game, it has to be something with the game that needs an update etc. I noticed a lot of the EA community managers on this thread asking if anyone had contacted Microsoft so wanted to address this.

for the first time today i was able to finally play for hours on my xbox series x . i played for 5-6 hours without any crash or freezing

Hi man, any news? The same thing happens to me, and from what I've researched, there are a lot of people with the same problem. There is no help from EA or Microsoft (I also have an Xbox Series S).

It's February and this keeps happening to me. Did you find any solution?
