    Hey all.

    I'm sorry to read you're still experiencing issues playing EA SPORTS FC™ 24 on your Xbox.  We understand how frustrating it can be, especially if it happens during a match.

    In this thread, we can read about different situations where the game crashed and you got back to the Xbox Menu, or the console turned off unexpectedly, and we want to look into that.

    • If EA SPORTS FC™ 24 crashed and you returned to the Xbox Dashboard, please follow the instructions clicking Here.

    If your console turned off unexpectedly, be sure you removed any external devices from the console, and it is plugged into the wall, and bring us the following info:

    • Platform: (Xbox One/Xbox Series S/ Xbox Series X)
    • Gamertag:
    • Date/Time when issue occurred: (Add Timezone) 
    • Physical/Digital FC 24 Version:
    • Game mode you were playing: (example: Half-Time Division Rivals, Game menu)
    • Any message received before or after the issue occurred.

O meu também faz isso na versão xbox series s/x, nunca termina una partida, desde o fifa 23. Só consigo jogar na versão xbox one. Resolveu o problema?

    Doesn't change anything the game crashes no matter what

    it happens randomly but always consistantly no matter where you are , in a game or in menus . please fix this ...... it happens on xbox series x version of the game

    @thank you for getting back to us. 

    I have tried ensuring no external devices are plugged in and that the console is plugged into a different outlet - still crashing 

    platform - Xbox series x 

    gamertag - HomelessHippo69

    date/time - since release everytime I play an online game 

    edition- digital - standard edition - series x version 

    game mode - any online game / FUT 

    No message received before the crashing 

    this is the only game this happens on. I ensure that my console doesn’t overheat.

    @EA_LeonSK 

    something to note. I spent quite a bit of time on the phone to Microsoft this evening, explained the issue, went through a lot of troubleshooting. Asked me a ton of questions. 

    conclusion, he ruled out the console overheating. He also ruled out it being an Xbox/Microsoft issue. He explained that if the Xbox was shutting down across mutiple games, this would show something is wrong within the game. He said that as this is only happening with one game, it has to be something with the game that needs an update etc. I noticed a lot of the EA community managers on this thread asking if anyone had contacted Microsoft so wanted to address this.

      for the first time today i was able to finally play for hours on my xbox series x . i played for 5-6 hours without any crash or freezing

    @EA_LeonSK Добрый день!
    У меня проблема с зависанием EA FC 24. А именно зависание во время матча,а именно при пробитии пенальти,пробитии углового или просто,когда хочу сделать замену во время матча. Игра виснет и выбрасывается через секунд 10 на рабочий стол консоли.Консоль при жтом не выключается. Скорее всего это проблема с FPS.

    Играю на консоли XBOX S прошу,пожалуйста,предоствить решение проблемы
