24 Hours and haven't received 12,000 EA FC Points
I made a purchase for $100 worth of EA FC Coins. I redeemed the code on the EA website, but unfortunately, I haven't received the coins in my account yet. I understand these things can take time, but I also sent an email to customer service and haven't heard back in 24 hours. There is no live chat or help line from EA to assist, and I already talked to a customer service line from Amazon stating that EA is the one needing to help.
