- I also encountered this problem. I had non-Latin characters along the installation path. I deleted the game and downloaded it again, installing only Latin characters along the installation path.
The game started, but then I encountered a new bug with a crash after saving the settings) does anyone know how to fix this? erm?? what bug is this lol
- @Leshka868 There are two critical bugs at least.
1. The game doesn't launch at all. An icon appears and disappears after a few seconds. Nothing else happens.
-There is no definite and unique solution to this problem. Various things help many people, all of which are described above. Specifically, what helped me was removing non-Latin characters from the installation path.
2. Crash after connecting to the Internet and starting to show a video with a girl.
- Here the following algorithm helps 100% when starting.
a. We transfer the Ea app to offline mode.
b. Launch the game
c. The game successfully passes the video screening.
d. press alt + tab, transfer ea app online
e. Return to the game
f. Press the right stick
The game successfully connects to the servers
Enjoy When I put the EA app in offline mode, then run the game, I get the logo then boom, nothing. back to the EA app.
It looks like to me that the EAanticheat service isn't staying on, it runs when the game is loading but then stops,
Event viewer points to EAanticheat aswell, but I don't know.
I am able to pull through the crashes after trying to subsequently launch the game for up to 20-30 times. In the end it always launches and plays normally. Something is very weird, if it was a persistent problem with my setup I guess the game wouldn't launch at all. Maybe you all who can't launch the game at all (even to the loading screen) should try spamming the launch button in EA App as well.
