FC 24 commentary issue and other bugs

I play FC 24 regularly and recently I think after the last update of the game, there is no commentary during the gameplay. I tried different game modes and resetting the settings but the issue exists. Also there are other bugs like players and crowds having weird dark faces, jerseys are blank etc.
