Fc25 ps5 won’t load

Hello, since yesterday I’m having problems with fc25

everytine I laid up the game it’s very slow and says about hospitality settings which takes forever.

also when I finally load up ultimate team I open the store it gets stuck and freezes same for checking my squad and trying to do sbc. Factory reset the ps5 nothing changed the dns also no fix?

please help
