who are here since day one. early access. i had web app 800k team the first weeks. then real game came out and i press play it loads the anticheat then just closes without no error sign. this has been going on since last year and no1 has found a solve. ea making it look bad for all pc players now, and no refund since i spent money on web app. if it happens again in fc 25 we should all team up and go to court. this is legit scamming

clearly EA is not looking into this for real.
otherwise this thing would've been solved by now, it's embarassing for a company like EA to be doing this poorly.
I'm gonna shoot blindly and blame their anti cheat that's incompatible with win 11.

they should make a version that's without anti cheat AND no online feature, I don't care about online feature, I only want to play the game!

Can someone help me with my Ultimate Team on PC, it loads infinitely when I try and go into UT. Everything else works except UT, it just loads forever. I let it run for 4 hours and its just keeps loading. When I close the game it still runs in Task Manager, 0% cpu usage but it takes up memory, some disk bandwidth and networking. I have to restart my PC to kill task FC24. I can still access my UT on the companion app but I just cant access UT on PC. I reinstalled it after 3 months of not playing, when I 1st played FC24, it ran well with no problems, it even ran better than 23. Since the last time I've played this game, I did a clean install of windows and had a clean driver install of my AMD GPU. I really need help cuz I've tried everything and nothing works.

Any one has any solution so far in PC?

Not a single suggestion from any forum or you tube works. Also EA send these standard replies with some steps. They were all done multiple times before I even started the ticket. 

I even reinstalled Windows and did run one update at a time and test if launches. But is of no use. 

My PC is way above what EA FC needs. But just stuck at Splash.

And I noticed even FIFA 23 has the same issue. 

This is very disappointing indeed.

7 days? I've been here posting since Dec! Tried every proposed solution to no avail. I don't complain too much becaus the game rusn fino on my desktop. My laptop tho...

Just came to log another day without solution. Have contacted support and I after several mails sent and received, the agent told me to take a look here for a solution, which is really so sad.

I think I might get banned for this but lemme speak...it's a random idea that just dropped... Idk if u guys know about FC 24 live editor by arankatu, apparently he has fake Anticheat launcher (which may help btw).. 

What if we install this live editor and delete the anticheat and run the game using the fake Anticheat launcher and see if it works

PS.. I have the same issue ie crash after splash screen...checked my dump file and it reads : NULL_POINTER_READ_c0000005_FC24.exe!Unknown

@nerdnkXN Yes, that is the way that I learnt this error caused by EA Anticheat crosses with some program. Thats why I could also run the game only with the live editor so real AC does not work. But that way we can't play it online. Even if you want game does not connect to online services. I solved the problem with closing the GameFirst VI program everytime I launch the game. Check any program that can effect the AC. Any game / network booster could cause this. 

Add another day without solution. How long will it last this time, EA?

@nerdnkXN For me, yes. I can launch everytime after I close that program. 

But you can't play online am i right 

 Not everyone is an ASUS user

Pls give a detailed solution on how to do this.... And was it not working before u used the live editor 

@Rekt-In-Peace420 pls give a detailed step on how u did it... Did u delete the anticheat folder then run the live editor 

@nerdnkXN I literally closed that program called GameFirst VI with right click and exit. And all it is, nothing else. This program supposed to do performance boostin on pc and internet connection. I assume that EA AC has something wrong with this program. There might be any other program that your PC has on running and crosses with EA AC. You might consider trying to find it if it's the problem. If there is any other problem I really don't know how to fix it.

I'm a AMD user with a RTX graphics card and....I've manged to stop mine from doing that crash dump thing! After hours and hours of troubleshooting, I followed ALL the steps on this link below and now it magically works.
