I am getting repeated PS5 system errors when connecting to EA servers, mainly CE-118547-6, but also CE-118571-3 and CE-118552-2.
This issue started immediately after I changed my EA account password and removed my PS5 from trusted devices.
I have already reinstalled the game, restored licenses, reset my console and network, and tested multiple EA games.
None of them can connect.
My EA account is still linked to my PSN, but authentication fails every time.
These errors clearly indicate an EA–PSN authentication / trusted device token issue.
Please escalate my case to Tier 2 or a supervisor and request a manual reset of EA–PSN authentication tokens and trusted device security flags on my account.
This cannot be fixed from the user side. Its about fc26
