"You have lost your online connection"

Have not been able to play ultimate team for a week. On any device. The message "you have lost your connection" ect. Everything time i play the game on any device. It doent matter if its my Xbox or tablet or even my phone. Its actually never worker on any of my other devices except my Xbox, but now not even thats working. I've reset my modem I've rest some of the connective settings, and nothing helps.
