Controlls keep reseting

In the new game- EA Sport FC 24, my controls settings keep resetting. What should I do?

I Have this problem also.
I also have this problem and I've tried repairing and saving my controls but every time I play against real people it changes my controls completely. I spent my money on this game and I cant even play with friends cuz of these glitches.
