I'm also wondering, odd it's not a more popular bug as every video i've seen of the game on Switch has this negotiation slideshow issue as does my copy, i'm just wondering is it SUPPOSED to be a slideshow? Because the characters have their eyes closed and glitching in weird ways so it really looks like a bug.

I've also had it just freeze on me during one of those cutscenes so it really looks like it's just giving the Switch more than it can handle
