I had something different, 

I went to input my code but before I can redeem my code. Somehow, I ended up already redeemed 27/10 codes and 2 extra invalid codes. So I think there must be a huge problem with the website and ea. This needs to be fixed ASAP. Also, I have screenshots to prove it.
