Some features have been disabled because the EA app launched from another applic

i have been having this issue since i bought FC25, i open it and load the game and about 2 minutes after i connect to the EA serves the game crashes and i get a pop up that lasts about 3 seconds on  the EA launcher that says that some features have been disabled because the EA app launched from another application. suddenly in between on a random day it will work for 3 days and i will be able to connect to the EA servers and play online but then 3 days later the same issue comes up, this happened twice. The issue is not with the game as i can play it perfectly if i do not connect to the EA servers. i have tried past solutions from people who have had the same issue with fifa23 and FC24, but the solution doesn't seem to be working. Can someone please help me with this issue.
