Fired from career mode

Hi, 

I got fired from my career mode on ea fc for buying Kimmich, I have spent a lot of time on my career mode with my Swedish team BK Häcken.

This is a huge issue and ruins the game for me, it’s not fun when you build up you team and gets fired for stupid reasons, why can you even be fired that’s really stupid. So can you please help me get back to my career mode with häcken. I will send a reference number to the chat I hade with you as well: 171683760 

I expect to be able to turn off firing from career mode so I can continue playing. When I get fired I turn off the game so it’s not saved. But as fast I simulate two days I get fired. Please fix this fast.
