EA PLEASE FIX THIS BUG XBOX CLOUD GAMING

Hello guys, I STILL can’t play EA FC 24 Online Because of a error code.

Device:Ipad

I play on xbox cloud gaming

and if you say i dont have ea app or steam and i read everything in the troubleshoot article and i still can’t connect to the ea servers. in the past i could play ea fc 24 online UT but now i can’t because of this error code.
