Fut Founder Evolution card turned back to Gold (been this way since launch)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? At the launch of the game I began the fut founder evolution for Danjuma. One day I signed on and he was reverted from the in progress card back to gold rare. I've seen other posts about the identical problem and assumed after 3 months it would be solved. The promo ends tomorrow with the new one a continuation to begin. I have 2 gold rare Danjumas one of which shows up in the "in progress evo" search tab for my player catalogue. The other just normal, there's nothing I can do to change this and the "Fut founder" evo disappeared as soon as Danjuma switched back to gold.
What happens when the bug occurs? The fut founder evo card is gold (the bug has never not occurred, consistent for 3 months)
What should be happening instead? Should be in progress/ complete fut founder evo.
I don't know what else to do, I bought the pre order on the merit of this bonus. I like others who've posted on here have been having this issue assumed it'd have been sorted or reimbursements sent out by now. I started the evo, next time I came on the card reverted to back to GOLD rare instead of the fut founder in progress version, at the same time the "fut founder" evolution was made completely unavailable in the actual evo section as though it'd been completed or I never had access and now the card is gone. The promo ends tomorrow with the new promotion to continue to progress the upgrade to begin.. I just want my 83 Danjuma please.
