High Ping on EA FC 25 already for south african servers

I forgot to say its on pc ! EA App

I have the same problem. my ping is terrible. sometimes my friends say theirs are fine but i am always with high piing since the initial server outage. would love help. cant believe its still happening on ea 25. feels like im not in sa servers 

We need more people to comment on this so we can get someone from EA to reply us or we wil have to wait more than two weeks for this to be fixed.

I don't know what are we suppose to do ? KEEP PLAYING AGAINST SOMEONE WHO GET BETTER PING THAN US AND KEEP LOSING... EAAAAAAA REPLY ME?

I am having the same issue. My connection quality Is poor. I noticed that I've also been playing people who have their language set at France. I messaged one of them and they responded that they are from the Reunion Island. Since then, most of my opponents are from the Reunion Island. Not sure if that is the issue. Not sure why I can't face anyone from South Africa. 

EA will never take us seriously. Remember when cables broke in africa. Took more than 1 months to solve the problem. We were having 44 ping on fc 24 on it is 70 ping on fc 25. The game is unplayable and heavy. There is a huge delay. EA Selling us faulty product. Where is the after sales service EA??? We need answers.

Its been one week we are playing on huge game delay and high ping. We paid for this game with hard earned money only to be frustrated by your product. We need an explanation to why are we getting high ping all players connected to Johannesburg  server!!

Just received feedback from my ISP. It is definitely an EA issue. They performed a trace route and have confirmed that the problem lies with EA. There is no packet loss when data is transmitted through the ISP. There is however severe packet loss once data is transmitted through the EA servers.
