Can't claim the 1000 list reward

Hello EA, I have the exact same problem as the original post described, can't claim reward 1000 listing in game nor in companion app. I get the same error. Here's a screenshot from the companion app, hard to screenshot the game menu kicking me back to main menu.

Ok now I see an older  thread about this so why not just reply to mine to say please see such and such rather than delete would have been helpful. Anyway just shows pathetic whole situation is as still not resolved let alone "forum mods" are in terms of communication and behaviour.

Same issue on PS4

EA support keeps getting better and better. This bug is going on for weeks now, season ends in a couple of days and bye bye rewards 😂 1000 players listed and not a single one was worth 20k 🤪
