Cutscenes and corner kicks lag

Tried various combinations of settings but can't seem to fix the corner kicks and cutscenes lags. It's so frustrating when I lose all the time to set up my corner kick as it is just stuck and then it gets back to normal. Same with the cutscenes of celebrations or start of a match.

I don't know why I would have to anyway change any settings as my laptop specs are far more superior than the minimum requirements for the game. I am running a 13th gen  i7-13700HX processor on 16gb ddr5 RAM and a 6gb RTX-4050 ddr6 graphics card. It's been so long trying to find a solution so posting here now.
