Game stuttering

I bought this game from steam and i can launch it through steam but the game just stutters while I am playing matches and basically just freezes for a moment when I try to pause the game or any corner/ penalty cutscene occurs.  I tried browsing local files and run the game as an administrator from there but same issue. I have tried lowering the graphic settings and the temperature is also just fine on high graphics too. I tried all other methods including reinstalling the game and reinstalling the ea app but nothing came out of that. Also, i have no problem launching and playing other games on my device. I usually play only offline modes so i don't get why has this been happening.
