Game alt-tabs automatically every 20 minutes or so

About every 20 minutes my game alt-tabs automatically, so it goes out of fullscreen to windowed, then when I click my mouse on the game again it gets focus again and goes back to fullscreen. Very annoying, I also have this with other EA games (F1 24, Fifa 23). In online matches this is very annoying, this can cause me to lose matches. So something is grabbing the focus away from my game causing this to alt-tab automatically, I can't figure out what is causing this. I bought the games through Steam. I think the problem has to do with the EA App or with EA, with my non- EA games I don't have this problem.
