Intl. duty manager always disappointed in player career

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It always happens.
What happens when the bug occurs? Manager always disappointed in Intl. duty.
What should be happening instead? The manager should not be disappointed, it doesn't make any sense, I can't play to any Intl. related cups.
So, I get invited to play for Intl. Duty and I play 2 friendly matches, after that, I always receive the same mail, that the manager is disappointed and I can't make it in the line-up. Don't get me wrong, I always won the matches with a 10 grade on my player and also complete the objectives, so it doesn't make any sense. Also when I am recalled again I am placed as Starting XI stating that I satisfied him. It's the 6th time in the row, also this is my second career and was the same answer as in the first.
