Erreur Direct X fc25
Hello,
I’m experiencing a recurring DirectX error when trying to play FC25. Here are my system specifications:
- Operating System: Windows 11 Pro
- Processor: Intel Core i5
- GPU: Intel Xe Graphics
Issue Description:
Every time I start a match (online or offline), the game eventually crashes with a DirectX error. Interestingly, this issue does not occur in Rush mode.
When the game was first released, I was able to play Career mode and FUT Champions without issues for about a month. Since then, the problem has persisted despite multiple attempts to resolve it.
Troubleshooting Steps Already Taken:
- Graphics Settings: Reduced all graphics settings to the lowest possible.
- DirectX:
- Verified that DirectX is up to date.
- Tested with an older version (DirectX 11).
- Reinstalled DirectX.
- Graphics Drivers: Updated Intel Xe Graphics drivers to the latest version.
- EA App:
- Used the repair function.
- Completely reinstalled the game.
- Game Files: Verified file integrity through the EA App.
- Anti-Cheat: Verified installation and compatibility of the anti-cheat module.
- System Settings:
- Checked all Windows game-related settings.
- Disabled non-essential services.
- Hardware Diagnostics: No issues detected.
Despite all these efforts, the error persists and prevents me from enjoying the game.
