@qo2c4yc9uacg Hi mate - you need to make sure that you are using the same ea account to redeem the code as you have linked to your account (which I presume you are …. but just in case).

You can also run into issues when linked to both Facebook and EA - it might be worth unlinking FB, but I would only do so after confirming your EA account link with customer service.
