Facebook Login Creating New Accounts Instead of Loading Existing Ones

There seems to be a serious issue affecting account access in FC Mobile.

When logging in using Facebook (which is supposed to be linked to an existing account), the game sometimes creates a completely new account instead of loading the original one. This results in players losing access to their progress, players, and purchases.

This does not appear to be an intentional overwrite, but rather a login or account-linking problem.

Issue summary:

•  Facebook login does not load the correct account
•  A new account is created instead
•  Existing progress becomes inaccessible
• No clear way to recover the original account

This is a major concern, especially for players who have invested time and money into the game

If this is happening to multiple users, it needs urgent attention. There should be better safeguards to prevent accounts from being replaced or lost due to login issues.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

And can the team please investigate this?
