Hi!
I recently installed The Sims 3 on my Compaq which runs Windows 7. For some reason, everything that the game came with while I was playing on my computer with Windows XP isn't working. When I try to upload things, my launch screen keeps logging me out. There are also some features in game (like body hair and lifespan for each age group) is gone. I am also not getting memories like I am supposed to. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to fix that?
Did you patch the game on your Compaq Computer ?
What is your base game version right now ?
To find out, open your launcher and hover over the little base game icon in the lower left part of the launcher. It should say 1.42.

Ok...mine says Version 16.0.136. and the roller skate and Ice skate rinks do not work.
