"Queued for download"

Hi,

I cannot download anything I've bought from the store. The launcher opens and the item will show up in the download list, but it only says "queued for download" and never actually downloads.

I'm running a Mac with OS X 10.8.2. I've updated my game to the newest version and cleared the cache. I've tried downloading from both Chrome and Safari. Nothing works.

I would really appreciate help !
