you could try the reset sim cheat

to reset all sims ctrl+shift+c hold all 3 together in the menu bar that appears at the top of the screen type in resetsim *   (inculding the * hit enter ) this will reset all sims inculdeing your own

to reset one sims ctrl+shift+c hold all 3 together in the menu bar that appears at the top of the screen type resetsim first name last (of your sim ) hit enter for example my sim is named John Dear i type in resetsim John Dear

does your sim have ajob too as sometimes a workout fit us corrupt for that send the sim to a dresser-plan outfut if the sim ha smor ethan one work outfut delete the extra's if the sim has one work outfit then plan a new one work outfit and have them wear that one
